Création n°1 : Vin de pays IGP Vaucluse

Soil : Sand and limestone


Grape varieties : 90% Carignan, 10% Mourvèdre


Winemaking : Rigorous selection of hand-picked grapes issued from our oldest Carignan and Mourvedres. Vinified using the technique of carbonic maceration, whereby uncrushed grapes are fermented in a carbon dioxide saturated environment, providing fruity and velvety wines. After crushing, only the pressed wine is retained.


Tasting : Generous and open on nose, with intense peach and apricot aromas. Tmooth velvety palate with full fruity mouth. Just a touch of paprika and pepper on the finish.


Food pairing :
Will accompany a cut of beef, cheese or simply to be enjoyed as an "aperitif".


Serving temperature : Chilled at 17 to 18°C
